If Fuji Mountain Guides receives a request for access to his/her personal data from a customer, then, unless otherwise required under law or by contract with such customer, Fuji Mountain Guides will refer such Data Subject to the customer.
Satisfying Requests for Access, Modifications, and Corrections - Fuji Mountain Guides will endeavor to respond in a timely manner to all reasonable written requests to view, modify, or inactivate personal data.
